Already, the states of Louisiana, Delaware, Tennessee, Missouri and Oklahoma have made Salvia divinorum illegal. One wonders how long it will be until all 50 states make it a crime to have in your possession the plant leaves that shamans have used for hundreds of years in their spiritual rituals.
